Held In Stillness Painting 60 X 48

‘Held in Stillness’ reflects the quieter side of the Amalfi Coast - the moments found beyond the coastline, tucked inside sun-washed villas where time seems to move a little slower. Layered in warm, chalky neutrals with subtle organic movement, the piece draws from aged plaster walls, natural stone, and the softened textures of spaces shaped by generations. Created alongside the Amalfi Pillow Collection, its restrained palette and tactile surface echo the collection’s relaxed Mediterranean character. An abstract study of material, Held in Stillness captures the feeling of a place where beauty is found in simplicity, texture, and the art of slowing down.
